Working on Account Management team, I'm responsible for the billing and subscription experience for companies in all countries. Together with PM, devs and UX writer, our goal is to improve and create an amazing user experience. I also mentor 1 designer.
Worked at the digital bank app, Mercado Pago, I was responsible for the payments experience in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Chile. I created the UX/UI for features such as automatic debit, payment reminder and the new payment center. I ran user tests, validated development and metrics.
Worked on the monetization team, responsible for 30% of revenue. Our goal was to create experiments that improved revenue. I implemented "nudges" and conducted user tests to validate hypotheses, which influenced my design decisions and impacted the company's revenue.
I began as UI designer for the Americanas, Submarino, and Shoptime brands. After two years, I joined the UX team, where I created wireframes, prototypes and conducted user interviews. The goal was to increase conversion. I was then promoted to Lead Designer at Ame Digital (for companies), leading 4 designers, building the new product experience.
The startup was a Brazilian image gallery. My responsibilities included creating the entire experience for e-commerce, taking care of branding and creating newsletters. I led 2 designers and worked directly with the CEO.
The agency developed e-commerce for Brazilian brands like Staples, O Boticário, Taco, Droga Raia, Rip Curl Brasil, and more. I was responsible for creating the UI of all e-commerce pages (desktop and mobile versions) for each client and I facilitated the developer handoff process.
In my first job as a web designer, I was able to develop my initial critical sense of design. I was responsible for creating the UI and developing landing pages (html+css), creating newsletters, and maintaining the website.
